AD8345AREZ General Description

The AD8345AREZ is a high-performance, broadband, complete IF subsystem in a single-chip, surface-mount package. It is designed for use in communications systems where high dynamic range and low noise figure are essential. The device features a four-quadrant analog multiplier, a programmable gain amplifier, a variable bandwidth low-pass filter, and a voltage-controlled mode to adjust the gain and bandwidth of the filter. It also includes a DC offset correction circuit and an output buffer amplifier.The AD8345AREZ operates over a frequency range of DC to 300 MHz and has a gain range of -1 dB to 48 dB. It offers a noise figure of 12 dB and an IIP3 of 19 dBm. The device operates from a single 5 V supply and consumes 315 mA of current.

1 of the 4 I ordered is different than the other 3. None of them exactly match the pictured item. These are definitely used and new. Some of the components look look damaged. They will probably work for what I wanted them for, but are not as clean as I expected. Shipping took 22 days to the USA.
