DS14C88N General Description

The DS14C88N is a quad CMOS differential line receiver designed for high-speed data communication systems. It operates at speeds up to 20 Mbps and has a typical input threshold of 200 mV, making it suitable for use in applications such as RS-422 and RS-485 communication protocols. This IC features four independent receivers with hysteresis to improve noise margin and reduce the effects of signal distortion.
