Used but everything works. The driver controls the polevic k2624, the feedback circuit on the optron-adjustable stablitron tl431 (both are visible in the photo) so from this unit i as planned to do adjustable (i need up to 18 volts). The board shows that the output can additionally add a L-C power filter. So of course i'm very happy with the purchase, and for such funny money. In the photo 3 divider TL-431
