The parcel went a month to omsk. Packing is soft, thin for such a piece. But there was no damage, everything works. Soldering is done neatly, in general the impression of a good thing. When lowered from 15 v to 3 v at 2a for 2 min without a radiator-the chip is warm, the capacitor is hot. Adjustable only output voltage.
