UC1844J General Description

II. Featuring an undervoltage lockout (UVLO) with a start-up current of less than 1 mA, a precision reference for accuracy at the error amplifier input, and internal logic for latched operation, the UC1844J ensures reliable and stable performance. Its pulse-width modulation (PWM) comparator also provides current-limit control, while the totem-pole output stage is capable of sourcing or sinking high-peak current, ideal for driving N-channel MOSFETs
