An intriguing feature of the 24XX65 is its input cache, capable of handling fast write loads with a capacity of eight pages or 64 bytes. Moreover, users can leverage programmable security options to protect critical data and code, with the ability to secure up to fifteen 4K blocks. The device's functional address lines enable connection of up to eight 24XX65's on the same bus, facilitating a total EEPROM memory of up to 512K bits. Powered by advanced CMOS technology, the 24XX65 is an ideal choice for low-power nonvolatile code and data applications. Available in both standard 8-pin plastic DIP and 8-pin surface mount SOIJ package options, this product offers flexibility and reliability in equal measure
