To ensure safe operation, the AOZ1282CI-2 is equipped with overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and short-circuit protection mechanisms. Its built-in soft-start function prevents excessive inrush current during startup, and its compact 8-pin SOIC package allows for easy integration into space-constrained designs. Operating over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, this regulator is well-suited for use in harsh operating environments
