B130-13-F General Description

Product B130-13-F is a Schottky diode with a maximum repetitive reverse voltage (Vrrm) of 30V and a forward current (If(AV)) of 1A. It features a single diode configuration and comes in a DO-214AC case style with 2 pins. The maximum forward voltage (VF) for this diode is 500mV, and it can handle a forward surge current (Ifsm) of up to 30A. The operating temperature range for the B130 Series diode is from -65°C to +150°C, with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C. This diode is made of silicon semiconductor technology and does not have automotive qualification
