BAS70-05-E3-08 General Description

The BAS70-05-E3-08 diode features a common cathode configuration and can handle a peak average forward current (If(AV)) of 200 mA, with a maximum reverse repetitive voltage (Vrrm) of 70V. The forward voltage (Vf) is rated at 410mV, while the maximum reverse current is 100nA. With a power dissipation (Pd) of 200mW and a capacitance of 2pF, this diode is suitable for a wide operating temperature range, from -55°C to 125°C. It comes in a SOT-23 package with 3 pins, designed for surface mount mounting and packaged in tape & reel. The thermal resistance of 500K/W ensures efficient heat dissipation in various applications
