BQ2201SN-NTR General Description

The BQ2201SN-NTR CMOS SRAM Nonvolatile Controller Unit is your solution for seamless conversion of standard CMOS SRAM into nonvolatile read/write memory. Its precision comparator meticulously monitors the 5V VCC input for any out-of-tolerance conditions, triggering a write-protection mechanism for the connected SRAM when necessary. In the event of a power loss, this controller smoothly shifts the external SRAM to one of two 3V backup supplies, ensuring continuous operation. Upon power recovery, the SRAM remains in a write-protected state until a stable power source is established. The BQ2201 is designed to be footprint- and timing-compatible with industry standards, offering a chip-enable propagation delay of less than 10ns for enhanced performance
