BTA26-800B General Description

The BTA26-800B is a three-quadrant triac with a blocking voltage of 800 volts and a nominal current of 25 amperes. It is designed for AC switching applications in industrial and consumer electronics equipment. This triac has a high surge capability of 240 amperes, allowing it to withstand sudden spikes in current. It has a low gate trigger current of 25 milliamperes, making it suitable for low-power control circuits.
