It can operate within a wide voltage range of 3V to 18V, making it suitable for diverse applications such as audio, video, and data signal routing, as well as signal gating, modulation, and demodulation. Its low ON resistance and low power consumption also make it an excellent choice for battery-powered devices. Housed in a 14-pin DIP package, the CD4007CN has a maximum operating temperature of 85°C and is compatible with standard CMOS logic levels, facilitating seamless integration with other digital circuits
