For electronic systems that rely on high data and clock rates, the CM1223-04SO diode arrays offer optimal ESD protection with minimal capacitive loading. Each ESD channel is equipped with a pair of diodes in series to effectively steer the positive or negative ESD current pulse to the appropriate supply rail. These devices are capable of protecting against ESD pulses up to ±8kV per the IEC 61000-4-2 standard and can also withstand contact discharges of greater than ±15kV as per the MIL-STD-883D (Method 3015) specification for Human Body Model (HBM) ESD
