The CPV363M4U IGBT transistor module is specifically designed for N channel applications, offering a continuous collector current of 13A and a low collector emitter saturation voltage of 2.2V. With a power dissipation rating of 36W, this module provides efficient power handling capabilities in a compact IMS-2 package. It is important to note that this product is not RoHS compliant, so please take this into consideration when integrating it into your designs
