The D6F-10A6-000 sensor is designed to provide accurate and reliable measurement of air mass flow using MEMS technology. With a flow rate range of 0-10 LPM and a maximum pressure of 72.5psi, this sensor offers precise monitoring of airflow in different applications. The supply voltage range of 10.8V to 26.4V DC allows for flexible power input options.
