DG411AK General Description

Maxim's redesigned DG411/DG412/DG413 analog switches have undergone a transformation, boasting exceptional low on-resistance matching between switches (3Ω max) and guaranteed on-resistance flatness over the signal range (Δ4Ω max). This means these ultra-low power switches conduct with ease in either direction, making them an ideal choice for applications where reliability is paramount. The new design also ensures minimal charge injection, lower power consumption, and a robust ESD tolerance of 2,000V minimum per Method 30.15.7
