DRV5023BIQLPG General Description

With the DRV5023BIQLPG, users can benefit from a chopper-stabilized Hall Effect Sensor that delivers exceptional sensitivity stability over temperature. This sensor is equipped with integrated protection features, making it an ideal solution for a wide range of industrial applications. When the applied magnetic flux density surpasses the BOP threshold, the DRV5023 open-drain output goes low and remains in this state until the field decreases to less than BRP, at which point the output goes to high impedance. The device has an output current sink capability of 30 mA and operates within a wide voltage range from 2.5 to 38 V, making it well-suited for industrial use. Furthermore, the DRV5023BIQLPG boasts internal protection functions for reverse supply conditions, load dump, and output short circuit or over current. Its reverse polarity protection up to -22 V ensures added safety and reliability in challenging environments
