EE-SX298 General Description

The EE-SX298 is an opto switch with a slotted design, featuring one channel and a Darlington output type. It has an input current of 20mA and a maximum output voltage of 35V. The opto switch is housed in a DIL case style with 4 pins and a 9.2mm pitch row. Additionally, it has a 50mA average input current, external dimensions of 5mm depth, 16.2mm length/height, and 12.2mm width. The gap width is 3mm. The optocoupler type is Opto Switch, with a fall time and rise time of 70µs each. The maximum Vce sat voltage is 0.75V, and the Vceo voltage is 35V
