F1701NBGI General Description

The IDT F1701NBGI, along with the F1751 and F1763, presents a pin-compatible series of RF to IF Single Channel Downconverting Mixers designed to meet the stringent requirements of Receiver applications. These mixers incorporate Zero-Distortion™ technology, effectively minimizing the 3rd order intermodulation response and ensuring exceptional signal purity. With a high gain of approximately 12 dB and a low noise figure, these devices deliver outstanding signal quality. Moreover, the Output IP3 of greater than +40 dBm further solidifies their performance and reliability in demanding RF environments
