FDC3616N General Description

Fairchild Semiconductor's FDC3616N is an impressive N-channel PowerTrench MOSFET that is specifically engineered for high-current switching applications. Featuring a remarkably low on-resistance of 9.5mΩ at a VGS of 10V, this MOSFET is capable of efficient power handling and minimal power losses, making it a perfect choice for power supplies, motor control, and battery management systems. With a maximum drain current of 45A, the FDC3616N is well-equipped to handle high-power applications. In addition, it has a gate threshold voltage range of 1-2.5V, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of drive circuits. Furthermore, its fast switching speed, with typical turn-on and turn-off times of 9ns and 14ns respectively, further enhances its performance. Housed in a D2PAK package, this MOSFET delivers excellent thermal performance and high power dissipation capabilities. It can operate over a wide temperature range of -55°C to 175°C, making it suitable for use in harsh environments
