FOD3180TV General Description

With a 2 A output current and high-speed MOSFET gate drive capabilities, the FOD3180TV is an essential component for driving power MOSFETs in a variety of applications. Its integrated CMOS detector and PMOS/NMOS output power transistors provide reliable and efficient power stage operation for applications such as Plasma Display Panels, motor control inverters, and high performance DC-DC converters. The 8-pin dual in-line housing is compatible with 260°C reflow processes, ensuring ease of use and compliance with lead free solder requirements
