FSCQ1565RTYDTU General Description

The FSCQ1565RTYDTU is a highly efficient Quasi-Resonant Converter (QRC) designed to meet the needs of noise-sensitive applications, such as color TV and audio systems. Its integrated Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) controller and SenseFET make it an ideal choice for off-line Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS) with minimal external components. The convenience of an integrated fixed frequency oscillator, under-voltage lockout, leading-edge blanking (LEB), optimized gate driver, internal soft-start, and temperature-compensated precise current sources for loop compensation, all contribute to its user-friendly design. Additionally, the self-protection circuitry ensures reliable operation and peace of mind for the user. With cost-effectiveness in mind, the FSCQ series reduces total cost, component count, size, and weight, while increasing efficiency, productivity, and system reliability. By eliminating the need for a discrete MOSFET and PWM controller solution, this series provides a basic platform for cost-effective designs of quasi-resonant switching flyback converters
