Operating at a power output of 0 dBm typical from a 5V supply voltage, this multiplier offers consistent output power levels across varying input power, temperature, and supply voltage conditions. With excellent suppression of undesired fundamental and sub-harmonics (>22 dBc typical), it ensures a clean output signal, while the low additive SSB phase noise of -140 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset contributes to superior system noise performance. Tailored for LO multiplier chains, the HMC370LP4(E) streamlines operations with a reduced parts count, offering efficient and effective frequency multiplication solutions
