The HMC530LP5(E) is an innovative GaAs InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) MMIC VCO that offers a wide range of features for frequency synthesis applications. With integrated resonators, negative resistance devices, and varactor diodes, this VCO delivers exceptional performance in terms of phase noise, temperature stability, and process consistency. Its unique design also includes half frequency and divide-by-4 outputs, adding flexibility to the overall system architecture
