IR2233J General Description

The IR22-33J is a high-performance EiceDRIVER™ gate driver IC designed specifically for use with three-phase power electronics applications. This device boasts an impressive voltage rating of 12,000 volts and features typical source and sink currents of 0.25 A and 0.5 A respectively.
