The KA2803B is specifically crafted for use in earth leakage circuit interrupters, with the capability to operate directly from the AC line within breakers. Its differential amplifier, connected to the secondary coil of ZCT, serves to amplify the output, which in turn is integrated with an external capacitor to achieve the necessary time delay as specified in KSC4613. Furthermore, the level comparator within the product generates a high level signal when the earth leakage current exceeds the predetermined fixed level, adding an essential safety measure to electrical systems
