L4995J General Description

The L4995J is a versatile and reliable voltage regulator, perfect for use in automotive microprocessor systems. With a low drop voltage and a maximum current of 500 mA, this integrated regulator is available in both 12 and 24 pin packages, offering flexibility and convenience. The output voltage regulation is highly precise, thanks to a pre-trimmed reference voltage, and is performed regardless of input voltage transients of up to 40V
