L5300GJ General Description

The L5300GJ is a versatile low dropout linear regulator that offers a range of microprocessor control functions to meet the needs of various applications. With features such as power on reset, low voltage reset, early warning, and ON/OFF control, this regulator provides a high level of functionality. The typical quiescent current of 55 μA in very low output current mode ensures efficient power consumption, while the on-chip trimming delivers high output voltage accuracy of 2%. This accuracy is maintained even in the face of wide temperature fluctuations, line variations, and load changes
