The L6388D is a highly versatile driver integrated circuit designed for controlling N Channel Power MOS or IGBT devices. With two outputs capable of handling up to 580V and 18V respectively, this SO-8-8 package provides the necessary flexibility for a wide range of applications. The output current ratings of 400mA for sourcing and 650mA for sinking make it suitable for driving power devices in various configurations. Operating within a temperature range of -45°C to +125°C, with a maximum operational temperature of 125°C, the L6388D ensures reliable performance even in harsh environments.
