The LDLN025J29R is a versatile and efficient low-dropout voltage regulator suitable for a wide range of applications. With its input voltage range of 1.5V to 5.5V and very low dropout voltage at 250mA load, it is ideal for battery-powered devices requiring long standby time. The ultra-low quiescent current of just 12μA at no-load further enhances its suitability for battery-powered applications by extending battery life. The device's ultra-low noise and high PSRR ensure a clean output, making it perfect for noise-sensitive loads such as ADC and VCO in mobile phones, tablets, and wireless LAN devices.
