LM61CIM3 General Description

With the LM61CIM3 temperature sensor, users can benefit from its precision and reliability in measuring temperatures from -30°C to 100°C. Operating on a single 2.7-V supply, this sensor offers a linearly proportional output voltage (10 mV/°C) with a 600 mV DC offset that simplifies the detection of negative temperatures without the need for a negative supply. The LM61's factory calibration ensures accuracies of ±2°C at room temperature and ±3°C throughout the -25°C to 85°C temperature range, making it ideal for a wide range of applications
