The M48T08Y-10MH1F TIMEKEEPER®RAM is a versatile and innovative solution for non-volatile memory and real-time clock requirements. With its 8 K x 8 SRAM capacity, this chip offers seamless integration into existing systems without the need for special WRITE timing or limitations on WRITE operations. The two special packages, the 28-pin DIP CAPHAT™ and the 28-pin SOIC, provide flexibility for different mounting options, allowing for easy installation and maintenance. The inclusion of a quartz crystal and a long-life lithium button cell in the packages ensures reliable operation and long-term performance. The SNAPHAT®housing, with its unique design and keying mechanism, offers added protection against potential damage to the battery and crystal during surface-mounting processes
