M74VHC1GT126DF1G General Description

The MC74VHC1GT126DF1G is a versatile single gate noninverting 3-state buffer designed using silicon gate CMOS technology. This innovative device offers high-speed operation comparable to Bipolar Schottky TTL, while keeping power consumption low with CMOS technology. Setting the 3-state control input (OE(bar)) to Low puts the output in a high impedance state. The input is TTL-compatible, with the output featuring a full 5V CMOS level output swing. Moreover, the MC74VHC1GT126 boasts input protection circuitry that allows overvoltage tolerance, making it useful as a logic-level translator between different CMOS logic levels while operating at a high-voltage power supply
