MC34262DG General Description

In addition to its advanced functionality, the MC34262DG also offers a range of protective features to ensure safe and reliable operation. These include an overvoltage comparator to prevent runaway output voltage, input undervoltage lockout with hysteresis, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and a multiplier output clamp to limit peak switch current. The RS latch allows for single pulse metering, while the drive output high state clamp protects the MOSFET gate. With these protective features in place, the MC34262DG offers peace of mind and security for your power conversion applications
