This advanced device, also known as NB4N840M, features a fully differential dual 2 x 2 configuration to deliver exceptional performance in minimizing jitter accumulation, crosstalk, and signal skew. Its innovative design includes internally terminated differential CML inputs that support AC-coupled LVPECL and direct coupled CML signals, eliminating the need for external components and reducing interface reflections. The NB4N840MMNG is equipped with differential 16 mA CML outputs with internal 50 Ohm terminations, ensuring precise signal integrity. With single-ended LVCMOS/LVTTL SEL inputs for seamless signal routing control, this versatile device can be flexibly configured as a 1:2 fan-out, repeater, or 2 x 2 crosspoint switch. Encased in a compact 5 x 5 mm 32-pin QFN package, the NB4N840MMNG combines cutting-edge technology with space-efficient design, making it an ideal solution for demanding telecommunications systems
