NB7L14MNG General Description

The NB7L14MNG is a high-performance differential 1:4 LVPECL fanout buffer designed to deliver four identical LVPECL output copies of Clock or Data at speeds of up to 7 GHz or 10.7 Gb/s. This makes it perfect for applications such as SONET, GigE, Fiber Channel, and Backplane where precise Clock or Data distribution is crucial. One of the standout features of the NB7L14MNG is its ability to accept a range of logic standards including LVPECL, CML, LVDS, LVCMOS, and LVTTL logic levels, thanks to its internal 50-ohm termination resistors accessed through the VT Pin. Additionally, the VREFAC reference output can be used to rebias capacitor-coupled differential or single-ended input signals. With its 1:4 fanout design optimized for low output skew applications, the NB7L14MNG is a versatile and reliable choice for demanding electronic systems
