PDS560-13 General Description

The PDS560-13 Schottky rectifier power diode is designed to provide a reliable solution with a repetitive reverse voltage Vrrm max of 60V and a forward current If(AV) of 5A. Its single diode configuration and PowerDI 5 case style with 2 pins make it easy to integrate into various systems. With a forward voltage VF max of 670mV and a remarkable forward surge current Ifsm max of 150A, this diode ensures efficient performance. Operating within a wide temperature range from -65°C to +150°C and with a maximum junction temperature Tj of 150°C, it is suitable for automotive applications. The PDS560-13 is part of the PDS56 series and utilizes silicon semiconductor technology. It is a lead-free, surface mount device with compliance to regulations regarding substances of very high concern (SVHC)

It's working OK, maybe a bit picky on the input PWM signal. It works okay with an Arduino but not with an ESP8266. Not sure yet if it is the 5v input versus 3v3 input.
