PL123-02NGI General Description

Featuring a low-cost design, the PL123-02NGI is a reliable choice for applications requiring 1-to-2 inverting LVCMOS fan-out buffering. Its output enable (OE) pin allows for easy activation or deactivation of outputs, consuming minimal power (less than 5µA) when disabled. The OE pin is equipped with a pull-up resistor, maintaining a default logic “1” state. Operating at LVCMOS levels and supporting speeds up to 200 MHz, the PL123-02NGI can also handle input signals with Spread Spectrum Modulation without impacting the signal as it passes through the IC. Its space-saving 6-pin DFN package makes it a practical option for designs with limited board space
