SI8261BBD-C-IS General Description
The SI8261BBD-C-IS, a compact and high-performance isolated gate driver, is tailor-made for industrial and power electronics applications. Featuring a maximum supply voltage of 26.4V, it is adept at driving high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs with precision and efficiency. With a peak output current of 2.5A and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, this device is designed to deliver reliable performance in diverse environmental conditions. Offering reinforced isolation of up to 5kV and a minimum of 3750Vrms for 1 minute, the SI8261BBD-C-IS ensures the safety and integrity of the entire system
