SLVU2.8HTG General Description

Employing cutting-edge technology, the SLVU2.8HTG offers unparalleled protection for vulnerable low voltage, CMOS devices against ESD and transient surges induced by lightning. By featuring a compensating diode alongside the low voltage TVS, this product is able to effectively shield a single unidirectional line or a high-speed data pair, particularly in scenarios where two devices are linked together. These robust structures are engineered to withstand repetitive ESD strikes of up to ±30kV (contact discharge) in compliance with the IEC 61000-4-2 standard. Furthermore, each structure has the capacity to safely dissipate up to 40A (as specified in IEC 61000-4-5, tP=8/20μs) with minimal clamping voltages, ensuring optimal performance under challenging conditions
