The STK554U362C-E is an Intelligent Power Module that offers an integrated solution for high voltage control, with the ability to handle HV-DC to 3-phase outputs within a compact SIP module. Its output stage utilizes IGBT/FRD technology and incorporates important protective features such as Under Voltage Protection (UVP) and Over Current Protection (OCP), along with a Fault Detection flag for added safety. Additionally, the module is equipped with internal Boost diodes to facilitate high side gate boost drive. This makes it a versatile and reliable choice for various power control applications
