T830-800W General Description

With the T830-800W product, customers can expect a high-quality Triac with a Peak Repetitive Off State Voltage of 800V and an On State Rms Current of 8A. The Triac is housed in the To-220Ab case style and has a Gate Trigger Voltage Max of 1.3V. Notably, it can handle a Peak Non Repetitive Surge Current of 100A and has a Holding Current Max of 50mA. Additionally, this product is MSL-RoHS compliant, meeting industry standards for environmental responsibility
