Equipped with a 900-MHz small-signal bandwidth, the THS3491IDDAR ensures minimal overshoot (less than 1.5%) for a 10-V step, with rise and fall times of less than 1.3 ns. Its peak output current drive values exceeding 500 mA make it ideal for driving heavy capacitive loads with fast signals. The VQFN-16 (RGT) package offers the lowest distortion for new designs, while the 8-pin HSOIC (DDA) package (with PowerPAD™) allows for easy upgrades from legacy THS3091 or THS3095 designs
