TLE9221SXXUMA2 General Description

Designed to meet the needs of automotive applications requiring reliable communication between ECUs, the TLE9221SXXUMA2 is a highly integrated dual-channel high-speed CAN transceiver. With two independent CAN high-speed interfaces and integrated protection features, such as thermal shutdown and overvoltage protection, it ensures the reliability of data transmission in vehicles. Its wide operational voltage range makes it suitable for various automotive electrical systems, while its excellent EMC performance ensures stable and robust communication in harsh automotive environments. Furthermore, its compliance with ISO11898-2 and ISO11898-6 standards guarantees compatibility with other CAN devices, and its small QFN package makes it suitable for space-constrained automotive applications
