TN5015H-6G-TR General Description

The TN5015H-6G-TR is a high-performance SCR designed to withstand high temperatures and high noise environments. With a junction temperature rating of 150 °C, this device is built to handle extreme conditions while maintaining reliability. Its high noise immunity, with a dV/dt rating of 500 V/µs up to 150 °C, ensures smooth operation even in electrically noisy environments.
