Admired for their low-noise operation, the TRF370315 and TRF370333 direct quadrature modulators are at the forefront of RF technology, enabling the seamless conversion of complex modulated signals from baseband or IF directly up to RF frequencies. Catering to high-performance direct RF modulation from 350 MHz up to 4 GHz, these modulators are a preferred choice in the industry. Constructed as double-balanced mixers, they feature an RF output block comprising a differential to single-ended converter and an RF amplifier that can effectively drive a single-ended 50-Ω load without the need for external components. It's important to note the different common-mode voltage requirements for these devices, with the TRF370315 needing a 1.5-V common-mode voltage and the TRF370333 necessitating a 3.3-V common-mode voltage
