TSV994IPT General Description

Ideal for low voltage applications, the TSV994IPT is a quad rail-to-rail operational amplifier with four amplifiers in a single package. The amplifier offers a bandwidth of 20MHz and a slew rate of 10V/µs, ensuring fast and accurate signal processing. With a supply voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V, the TSV994IPT can operate efficiently across a wide range of power sources. The TSSOP package with 14 pins provides easy integration into circuit designs, while the rail-to-rail input and output capabilities offer full swing operation. Operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C allows for reliable performance in harsh environments
