UC3843AD General Description

Engineered for excellence, the UC3843AD is a high-performance current mode PWM controller designed to meet the demands of high-efficiency power conversion applications. With an expansive input voltage range of 7V to 30V, this controller is well-suited for a variety of power supply designs. Its internal oscillator, programmable with an external resistor and capacitor, adds a layer of flexibility in frequency selection. Additionally, the device features a precision reference voltage and error amplifier, guaranteeing stable regulation of the output voltage. The UC3843AD also includes adjustable current limiting and a pulse-by-pulse current limiting scheme for comprehensive protection against overcurrent conditions, as well as overvoltage protection, thermal shutdown, and undervoltage lockout for enhanced system reliability
