What sets this product apart is its unique output stage, which combines the best of both Bipolar and MOSFET technologies. This hybrid design allows for highly efficient current sourcing and sinking, even at low supply voltages. You have the option to choose from three logic options, including dual-inverting, dual-noninverting, or one-inverting and one-noninverting driver, providing versatility for various applications. The TTL and CMOS-based input thresholds are independent of the supply voltage and offer wide input hysteresis for exceptional noise immunity. The UCC27323P is available in the standard SOIC-8 (D) or PDIP-8 (P) packages, as well as the thermally enhanced -8pin PowerPAD MSOP package (DGN), prioritizing long-term reliability by significantly reducing thermal resistance
