ULN2003AIN General Description

The ULN2003AIN is an integrated circuit (IC) that consists of seven Darlington transistor pairs. Each pair is capable of driving loads with voltages up to 50V and currents up to 500mA. The ULN2003AIN is designed to simplify the interface between low-level logic signals and high-current loads.
